How long does it take to process orders?

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. Once your order is sent to the printing facility, your items will be processed and printed. 


I made a mistake. Can I change my order?

Changes to orders, such as size or color adjustments, can only be made if print production has not started. To request an update to an order or change, please contact our customer support team at shop@petermotthouse.org, as soon as possible after placing your order.


When is my order arriving?

Our partner organization AOP+ is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Most orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to complete production. Your order will be shipped once all of the items have been processed. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive, but can take up to 10 days.


I think my order was lost. What should I do?

If you fail to receive your order within 10 business days of the receipt of the shipping confirmation message, please notify us immediately at: shop@petermotthouse.org. 


What is your return policy?

Customers have thirty (30) days from the date the product is delivered and\or accepted by the customer to return merchandise. Due to the nature of custom printed merchandise, we only accept returns for merchandise that has quality issues, is defective, damaged or an item that has been incorrectly shipped. Requests for returns that exceed thirty (30) days will not be accepted by the Lawnside Historical Society nor our partner organization.


This isn’t what I ordered. How do I return this item?

We accept returns for items that have been incorrectly sent (i.e. wrong color, size or style), damaged, defective or have quality issues. We do not accept returns for any other reason.
